Essential Roles & Responsibilities:

1. Support recruitment and selection, including job advertisements, candidate screening, interviews, and onboarding.
2. Maintain accurate employee records, personnel files, and HR databases.
3. Assist in payroll preparation, leave management, attendance monitoring, and employee benefits administration.
4. Ensure compliance with applicable labour laws, employment contracts, and statutory requirements, including NSSF, WCF, and OSHA.
5. Support performance management, staff appraisals, training, and employee development.
6. Handle employee relations matters, disciplinary procedures, grievances, and workplace conflicts in accordance with company policies.
7. Prepare HR reports, staff attendance reports, and other management information as required.
8. Monitor employment contracts, probation periods, renewals, and staff confirmation processes.
9. Support the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
10. Perform other HR and administrative duties assigned by management.

Qualifications & Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Human Resources Management, Public Administration, Business Administration, or a related field.
2. At least 2–3 years of relevant experience in human resources or personnel administration.
3. Knowledge of Tanzanian labour laws and statutory employment requirements.
4. Good communication, interpersonal, organisational, and problem-solving skills.
5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and HR record management.
6. High levels of integrity, confidentiality, professionalism, and attention to detail.
